2. ORDERING

All orders must be placed through our website.

Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee it will be available at checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information (shipping address, email, payment details). ThirdSockCo is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect information.

3. CONTRACT FORMATION

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract is formed only when your order is shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation email.

Payment for unavailable items will be refunded using the original payment method.

4. PRICING & TAXES

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).

Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Shipping costs are additional and will be displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information and to cancel or adjust orders if needed, with notification.

5. PAYMENT

Payment authorization is required before processing your order. Your card will be charged once the order is accepted and prepared for shipment.

We do not store full payment card details.

6. SHIPPING

ThirdSockCo ships only within the United States via USPS.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, high order volumes, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be:

unused
in original condition
with all tags attached
in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Exchanges are not available.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned items using the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. PROMOTIONAL CODES

Discount or promotional codes may be offered from time to time and are subject to terms. Only one code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
